Re-download of Music Purchases is not Available outside the U.S. — iTunes

Well, as the post title says, in the new iTunes 10.3, if you're outside the U.S., you can not access the re-download service for your lost musics.

When I read the text about the new iTunes 10.3 in Software Update, I really got excited because I lost many musics in the past and couldn't restore them since then. So after the update, in iTunes, I quickly proceeded to the previous purchases page. But, there are only Apps and Books: no Musics. Several hours later, I noticed the iTunes 10.3.1 was available in Software Update. Again, after the update, in iTunes, I quickly proceeded to the previous purchases page. No luck.

And this is the explanation why I cannot access re-download of previous music purchases:

Automatic downloads and downloading of purchase history available in beta now and require iOS 4.3.3 on iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 (GSM model), iPod touch (3rd and 4th generation), iPad, or iPad 2, or a Mac or PC with iTunes 10.3. Previous purchases may be unavailable if they are no longer in the iTunes Store, App Store, or iBookstore. Music features are available only in the U.S.
from, will not be available upon a new iTunes release.

See? The last sentence. Japan is outside of the US.
No … Aaaaah … NoooOOO!!

Hope it will change in the very near future (I don't mean Japan becoming part of the US, you know, it's about the status of re-donwnload support). I really want this re-download service. Apple, you showed us a chance, hope, a good future. Don't betray us people on the globe, do ya?
